How to Use This Calorie Calculator
Enter your age, gender, weight, height, and activity level. The calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation to determine your Basal Metabolic Rate, then multiplies by your activity factor to give maintenance calories. It also shows targets for weight loss (-500 cal) and weight gain (+500 cal).
